Moving it, or calling it off.

The rules, in short

• Your slot is confirmed the moment payment goes through.
• One free reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability.
• Cancel with at least 48 hours' notice for a full refund.
• If we ever have to move your booking, you pick another slot or get a full refund — instantly.
• No-shows are not refunded.

Moving your booking

• One free reschedule, with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to another slot being free. You can do it yourself from your bookings page, or just message us.
• Inside 48 hours, or for a second move, message us. It usually still gets sorted — it just stops being automatic.
• Moving a booking does not change what you paid. If the new slot is longer or shorter, we settle the difference either way.

Cancelling

• Cancel with at least 48 hours' notice and you get a full refund.
• Inside 48 hours we'll look at it case by case — message us and we'll sort it out.
• No-shows are not refunded. The room was held, staffed, and unavailable to anyone else that day.

If we have to cancel

If Endura ever has to move or cancel your booking — a failure at our end, a power cut, anything that is not your doing — you choose: another slot that suits you, or a full refund. No forms, no argument.

How refunds reach you

• Refunds go back through Razorpay, to the same card, UPI ID or account the payment came from. We cannot send one anywhere else.
• Typically 5–7 working days from when we process it. That is the usual timing, not a promise — the last leg belongs to your bank.
• GST goes back with the booking amount.
• You get the refund reference. Keep it, in case you ever need to chase your bank with it.

How to cancel or move a booking

• From your bookings page, signed in with the number you booked with. That is the fastest route, and it is instant.
• On WhatsApp, or by calling the studio on +91 81045 03217.
• Either way, have the booking reference from your confirmation to hand.
