How to ask

Two ways, both fine. Message the studio on WhatsApp from the number you booked with, or email info@endura.studio. Say you want your data deleted — nothing more formal than that is needed. If you email from an address we do not have on file, include the phone number you booked with so we can find you.

What gets deleted

• Your customer record — name, phone number, email address.
• Your WhatsApp conversation with us, including any photos or files you sent it.
• Your booking history, apart from what has to stay on the invoices below.
• Any sign-in codes and sessions attached to your number.
• Your details in the studio's working calendar. If a booking has not happened yet, deleting your data cancels it — we cannot run a shoot for someone whose details we no longer hold.

What we have to keep

• Invoices and payment records for bookings you actually paid for. Indian tax and accounting law requires a business to keep those, and a deletion request does not override it. They hold the booking, the amount and the tax — not your conversations.
• Razorpay keeps its own record of the payment under its own obligations. That one is theirs to remove, not ours; ask them directly.
• Counts with no name attached — how many bookings happened in a month. Those are no longer about you.

How long it takes

Within 30 days of us confirming your request, and usually much sooner — this is a small studio, not a queue. We will tell you when it is done and what stayed behind.
